BJ Kelly joins The Gridiron Linc in Player Development in Central Texas.

A native of Louisiana, raised in Texas, Coach Kelly is the Founder of Desire Performance Training in Waco. A coaching veteran with deep connections throughout the state, Kelly brings energy, hard work, and a passion for helping players enjoy the process of development.

As a player, Kelly produced everywhere he went. The 3-time 1st Team All-District Running Back from Waco Midway rushed for a school record 4,970 yards. He was then the first offensive signee in HBU (now HCU) program history and went on to become the Huskies' first-ever offensive All-Conference player. Kelly finished his college career with 2,387 all-purpose yards and 18 touchdowns.
